Please delete the old config.yml when updating.
Made all messages configurable.
Loads of code improvement and optimization.
Fixed checks to go in order (permissions first then the other checks).
Reworked the commands and permissions.
Removed a lot of useless stuff from the plugin like:
- Placeholders
- Custom permissions
- Automate location update (this was realy not needed since the locations get updated without it)
Compiled the plugin under 1.16.4(not that big of a deal).
Changed version from version.subversion.build since I never rly posted builds to version.subversion (1.4 since we're still in version 1 but with 4 updates/subversions).

Added global permission and per world permissions for /worldtp removetp.
