Added NEW JOIN welcome messages
Updated config.yml

Added %unique% placeholder so you can view how many people have joined.
Updated the config.yml too.

Fixed configuration issue.

Added NEW PLAYER join messages, instead of having "Welcome back, ...." for new joining players.

/wb - Works for new joined players too, reward still given.

Added welcomeback.staff - Removes the join message for the user.

Multiple people can now welcome back the same/next person that rejoins the server.

Fixed compatibility with versions.
