Features
- warps in categories can be used now again
- warp icons can be selected as destination for other features without running the warp action
- fixes the SimpleWarp list Buttons (arrows, to change the page; search button, to search for warps)
- removes the GlobalWarpOption in ChooseDestinationGUI, when the server is not on a BungeeCord
- fixes global warp destinations, when the server is not on BungeeCord
- NetherPortals won't be blocked anymore
- fixes the teleport delay bypass permission
- adds a Warp-Does-Not-Exist-Message when a warp doesn't exist
- changes some wrongly used permission tags in the WarpSigns feature
Features
- WarpGUI can now be bound to worlds (Config.yml: Bound_to_world)
