Config

• Workstation Highlights can now have customized RGB colors
• Added output-enabled option

• Separated locale into 3 sections - ServerMessage, VillagerMessage, and MessageInsert

The plugin has been completely re-written and now should be able to be added onto by other plugins or add-ons.

You'll have to re-generate the config to see the new config options. [edited] Language options in config do not yet work when you do /vill reload, you'll have to restart the server to see them, working on it, sorry

Now will say a player's reputation. Can be turned off in config. This option only works on Paper forks

Added the ability to configure the sound that plays when opening the info menu (or turn it off completely)

Also added bstats cause information is interesting

Now works on Spigot... With a caveat...
• RestocksToday is now a Paper-Only feature. Everything else is not so now Spigot can use those.
• Plugin will notify the console if VillagerInfo is not running on Paper or a Paper Fork.
• config.yml updated with a note about "Number of Restocks" setting.

Vill toggle now generates an error message if base 'use' permission is not enabled
