Commands

• Players can now personally toggle highlight, output, and sound individually

Introduction of an API

Config

• Workstation Highlights can now have customized RGB colors
• Added output-enabled option
• Re-arranged and renamed options
• Separated locale into 3 sections - ServerMessage, VillagerMessage, and MessageInsert

The plugin has been completely re-written and now should be able to be added onto by other plugins or add-ons.
