Would this plugin be compatible with 1.18.2? or is it strictly 1.19? I would like to know as it isn't working on my 1.18.2 server with latest towny release (otherwise its 0.98.3) and latest release of noteblockAPI - otherwise it looks like a great plugin that would be perfect for majority of towny servers
