Have you ever wanted to play Music inside of Towns?
Well this plugin is for you!

Installation:
- Just drop it into the plugins folder and make sure you have dependencies for it to work!

Default:
- /town set music (music file)
- /town toggle music (on/off)
- /town toggle repeat (on/off)
- /togglemusic (on/off)
- /volume (1-100)
Plot:
- /plot set music (music file)
- /plot toggle music (on/off)
- /plot toggle repeat (on/off)
Admin:
- /townyadmin toggle music (town) (on/off)
- /townyadmin set music (town) (music file)
- /reloadconfig
- /purgemusic (player)

Permissions:

Works best with NoteBlockAPI 1.6.1.
Noteblock 2.0 will make TownyMusic async to the TPS but there will be issues surrounding the fadeout and some other bugs not known by me.
