Use totems wherever, whenever! - Pizza-flavored Totem toolsUNTESTED UPDATE.
I didn't change anything that would cause the plugin to break, but also didn't test the changes in a minecraft world... cuz idk, lazy af...
Anyways, this update doesn't change any fuctionality of the plugin, it's mostly just a "hey the project still works!"
How do i know it works if i haven't tested it yet? idk, stop asking questions and take my updates.
I really only updated it because i was browsing through my old spaghetti code and had a strong urge to fix it.
Less stupid code = less stupid plugin = happy players on server. (don't follow the logic train too hard)
Also i put the source code on github, this text is very small so u hopefully don't see it.

Totems will no longer resurrect when killed by falling into the void or killed from void damage (/kill)
Just a quick fix on some issues with other plugins cancelling lethal damage after TotemsPlus has already revived the player.

Fixed a large buggo where players without `totemsplus.bypasscooldown` could die and be revived even if they didn't have a totem.

Hey y'all, quick update. As requested from someone via the discord chat. I have added the ability for TotemsPlus to use totems which are in ShulkerBoxes in your inventory.
Essentially, if you have totems in a shulkerbox that's in your inventory when you die, the totems will be taken from there. (only if you don't have any left in your immediate inventory though.)
p.s. TotemsPlus is tested on Spigot versions 1.13.2 and 1.14.4
If you're having issues on PaperMC, contact them directly, because they've guaranteed that any Spigot plugins also work on Paper.

So I've had a couple people now requesting that I add a cooldown to the vanilla totem behavior as well. So... here it is!
To enable it in the plugin, simply add this text to your config file. (If you don't add it, the feature will not enable, and the plugin will work normally)
# Whether cooldowns should be applied to vanilla totems (totems in hand when dying)
CooldownOnVanillaBehavior : true
I also added custom potion effects.
You will HAVE to add this to your config otherwise the plugin will not work.

Welp, here i was thinking i'd fixed all bugs... I never actually added the death listener to the latest release... Hah!
Everything now actually works, commands have been updated for the fancy 1.13+ tab-completion format.
I've added some little tips and stuff, buffed the permissions just bc, and added /tplus about which replaces the old usage message... because it's no fun to type /totemsplus and get an info message instead of usage help.

This is enabled for all players by default.
