Welp, here i was thinking i'd fixed all bugs... I never actually added the death listener to the latest release... Hah!

Everything now actually works, commands have been updated for the fancy 1.13+ tab-completion format.
I've added some little tips and stuff, buffed the permissions just bc, and added /tplus about which replaces the old usage message... because it's no fun to type /totemsplus and get an info message instead of usage help.

Thanks to @Trollyn for reminding me about this plugin... i'd kinda forgotten about it and never really tested it to see if everything was working properly.
