- Added the permission TorchGone.place.1 (1 min will be dropped)
-- allowed 1 - 1000 integer value
- Added a feature when right-clicking a torch, it will know when will it be dropped
- Added a feature player near 10 blocks will auto add a timer for torch
- Added a timer about torch message, you will receive the same message until timer is ready
