Added metrics!

Fixed a bug where the plugin wouldn't work when using 1.20

Now everything will be based on permissions:

So you know the plugin LPC, as it translates the color chat automatically, well I made an option inside config.yml to choose if my plugin should replace your messages with the color or if it should let other plugins do that

Here are the changes that I made:

• Removed the try-catch blocks, as they are unnecessary and add extra overhead.
• Stored the normalEmojis and unnormalEmojis maps in variables, to avoid calling the getter methods multiple times.

Now it should be a bit faster than before.

Now if you want someone to have access to reload the config.yml it's toastedemojis.reload

Bugs fixed:
Toastedemojis list didnt work only if the player had the permission to reload
Tab completion fixed for players who have/have not toastedemojis.reload
