A simple, customizable emoji/anti-swearing system.

New permission added, possibility to use this plugin as a swearing filter

I have added the toastedemojis.list permission, basically if you give the players this permission they will be able to view the emoji list that you are using, but this can also be used in a anti-swearing filter.
For example, if you dont give them the permission, players will still be able to use emojis but they wont be able to view the list.
Now you can add for example the f word and each time a player uses it in a word, it will change it automatically
Example: I f***ed up it's gonna be if you put (f*** -> duck) I ducked up
