- I had added the ability for SQL per request. The original request was for someone to have a centralized database but multiple servers he didn't run all at the same time. It was brought to my attention if you run multiple servers at the same time there was infinite desync unless you manually '/tm reload'ed. Now there is a configurable interval for autoupdating your tickets. Longer periods of time lead to less lag but more chance for desync (multiple users creating a new ticket which is given the same ID because both servers don't know about the other). Shorter periods of time lead to less desync, but more lag (I don't know how much because it's very dependent on your MC server as well as your SQL server). It is up to you to tinker with.

- 1.18 update swapped to new SQL implementation. Had a bug. Now it works. Still functions super gross behind the scenes but SQL is stupid and I don't want to learn it properly sorry.

- Simply updated to Minecraft 1.18.x
- Now requires Java 17

- Added the feature for ticket messages to automatically wrap to the next line upon exceeding a configurable length (everyone plays with different UI scaling so I didn't want to hardcode a length). This was recommended by @PEGbasti and should have been in the plugin from the beginning really.
- This feature brings an automatic config update and backup. If you changed anything in it, feel free to enter the backup file and carry over your changes to the new, current "config.yml" file.

- Added support for 1.17. Dropping all official support for earlier versions. Download old plugin versions if you need them.
- Fixed a bug where staff viewing closed tickets didn't have a back button in the GUI.

- Added creation coordinates to "server" section of tickets. This allows staff to know where the player was even if they log off for example.

- Fixed the bugs which came about from 1.13 breaking everything
- Updated to 1.14. Nothing below 1.14 is supported. Don't whine to me.

- Fixes a debug accidentally left in the build. Reported by CarsonJF

The plugin has been updated to support 1.13. With that, however, support for everything below 1.13 has been dropped and users should download old, unsupported versions.

Changed the whisper command from "/whisper" to whatever the server staff wants configured. Suggested by @LordLazor

Added player notifications for when a staff member adds a message to their ticket and/or closes it as requested by @Aicii .
BE SURE TO RESET YOUR message.yml BY DELETING/BACKING UP YOUR OLD COPY.

Changed some default messages in messages.yml. If you already have it all configured then don't worry but if you use the defaults, you might as well delete it and have the updated version regen.

Attempted fix at the conflict between this and massive core in making the ticket creation's message being sent through to chat.

Now you can customize messages in message.yml. Also fixed a bug in the ticket creation screen. Wasn't really a bug but the default config setup was wrongly configured so yeah fixed that.

You guys gave me your suggestions and I heard them loud and clear. Custom items have been added. GUI names can be configured. Categories can be renamed. Let me know how it all works
