I really like this plugin, downloaded it yesterday and suddenly it stopped working. i've tried to uninstall all versions of java jdk and reinstall them. didn't worked. is that a common issue?

If you could reach out on discord @ https://discord.gg/H32FcPp we can discuss that further. I've added the event priority to the config which you can customize to hopefully override whatever plugin is causing the issues. Feel free to tweak that in the config.yml. But if you reach out over discord maybe you can list what plugins you're using and it will help me target which other plugins are causing the issue and why. Might be able to fix it, I'm just not able to reproduce it myself and I'm not sure why it happens.

Thanks for the review SSS! All these people reviewed the plugin when it was like 2 years out of date saying it doesn't work and it makes it look bad when in reality it was just heavily outdated haha. Let me know if you have any suggestions :)

Unfortunately, the plugin does not work properly.
As soon as you want to create a ticket, it does not recognize the plugin. In addition, the plugin spammers every GUI command into the chat.
A pity ... It looks very good!
Please work on it or take it offline ...

Hey so I know it's kinda late but I just updated the plugin so it should work properly again :) Sorry about the debug. Completely my fault and nobody reported it properly so I didn't understand what "spammed console" meant.

Hey cow. Super sorry for disappointing. The plugin definitely worked at the time when I actively supported it. School came around and I couldn't keep it up to date with the constantly changing spigot code. It should again be working, however, and if you could try it again and let me know what you think that would be awesome :).

Nice plugin. Very simple and lightweight. If a player can't figure this out, they have some serious problems. XD You say you got no feedback on your /ticket reload command so I can help. Well erm, it doesn't actually reload the plugin, it shows you a list of the TIcketManager commands... but the plugin actually functions as intended sooo, 5 stars from me. :) I also have a suggestion if the author likes it, but maybe the ability to add more categories? Right now my categories look like this: Category 1: Bug / Glitch / Exploit. Category 2: Player Abuse / Hacking / Grief, and so on.

1. Nobody told me the reload command didn't work. Whoops haha. I'll fix that now.
2. I could add in more suggestions easily but how to implement it is the issue I'm stuck with. If I fill the whole gui row perhaps then it won't fit the format of the # row. If I make it multiple rows, that is a possibility. Let me know what you think or any ideas you have in a pm.

Another server owner was having this issue and I'll tell you the conclusion I came to with him as well. I believe there is another chat plugin overriding my plugin and if that is the case, there is nothing that I can do about it. Contact me over pm for a more in depth analysis for your case though. Amazingly simple plugin to use, and configure. Great way to allow players to report hackers, abusers or bugs of the server to your staff, so that you can fix the problem.Would highly recommend the plugin and even better its compatible with 1.8+.The Dev is very responsive and polite and fantastic and trying to better his already outstanding plugins.
