Changelog:

1. Cell signal strength is now determined by the best cell band.
2. You may now customize band labels.

IF YOU WANT THESE SETTINGS ENABLED YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:

1. After plugin update and reload, run the command /tcom mansave
2. Change any beta setting you want.
3. Change useBetaFeatures from false => true
4. Save the file.
5. Run command /tcom manload
