Used Java 17 to package
Fixed Folia problem. Using FoliaLib to make it easily compatible with multiple server version.
Added Folia support
Previous version has user complained that the plugin not work but turns out that he using Folia which is not supported yet. Now rollback to previous version to maintain code stability.
Bug fix
Fixed a problem related to spigot 1.8.8
Fixed bugs related to Jedis pool connection and bukkit dispatch command async.
Fixed a bug related to sync command channel.
