Added a toggle command, once you type it, you don't need to type /sc , you just type in public chat and it sends in staffchat.
Recoded a lot of things for better experience.

Added an alternative command for DeveloperChat (/dc).
Redesigned /schelp to look way more pretty.
Made config little bit more understanding for some people.

Recoded StaffChatHelp (/schelp) a little bit.

Forgot to change current version in /schelp, whoops.

Also fixed issues with update checker, it takes time to cache the new update tho so that kinda sucks, takes like 6h so after 6h it should work properly.

EDIT: Works all fine now, everything is resolved.

Quick fix with the update checker.

It will be set to 'false' by default, if you want you can enable it, but it is kind of buggy right now and I am working on it. It will be fully fixed in next upcoming update where I will add bug fixes and new features.

You can disable it in config, it has all the same features as staffchat just a different chat. Make sure to only give this to higher staff, as this is like a 'server admins' chat, so they can type without lower staff being able to see.

Fixed error with permissions, this is an important update. Make sure to update if you are using this plugin.

This plugin now works in all versions.
