Added:

• In game commands for server admins with working permissions
• Tab completion
• Action bar to denote the amount of players who want the time shift

Realized after almost 5 years I never register one of the big events, the event to remove a player from the array of players who currently want daytime.

When a player quits the server it removes them from the array of players who want it to become day time

Turns out, not fully functional...
