How to use plugin:
There are 2 ways for players to create a daytime request. Either they can hop in a bed or they can run the command /sleep.
In the config you can choose the percent of players currently online that have to agree on wanting daytime.
Example usage of the config:
percent: 25

Which would be 25%

useActionBar: true

Which would set the action bar on, while false turns it off

Permissions:
sleep.setPercent Allows for server admins to se the required percent of sleeping players / players who want the time to be day to actually make it daytime.
sleep.useActionBar Lets server admins choose if they want the action bar or not as this could interfere with other action bars.
