changed something in the commands to make them better

added command /trash

Description:
opens a gui where people can put stuff they don't need

permission:
server.trash

added /endersee

look and take from player's enderchest's!

Permission:
server.endersee

Added /invsee command and discord support link in the file

Permission:

server.invsee

Added command:
/rename
rename the item you are holding (colour codes works too)
Permission:
server.rename

I also fixed some bugs

/clearchat (clears the chat if someone said something you dont want to have in the chat

/broadcast (type /broadcast <text> to broadcast something in the chat with a broadcast prefix before the message)
/announce (type /announce <text> to announce something without any prefix before message)
