simple needed skripts is easy to use and requires almost no server knowledge.
What is in this skript?
in this skript there is:
Word filter (filters bad words)
/mutechat
/setspawn /spawn
/rules
/discord (with click on text to get the link)
/announce
/broadcast
/rename (rename the item you are holding, colour codes works too!)
/invsee (see anothers person invetory and take from it)
/endersee (see anothers person enderchest and take from it)
/trash

Requirements:

How to setup:
1: Download skript on your server
2: go to the skripts folder > scripts > add flie > create a file called whatever you want but make sure to add a .sk at the end, example: neededskripts.sk then do /sk reload neededskripts ingame.
3 these skripts work right away but you should configure it so you actually get your own rules and that stuff.
Permissions:
/mutechat command: chat.mute
Chat while the chat is muted: chat.mute.bypass
/setspawn: op
/chatclear: chat.clear
/broadcast: server.broadcast
/announce: server.announce
/rename: server.rename

/endersee: server.endersee
