Great plugin! I finally have a plugin that extensively covers a feature such as this

Having used many of the support ticket plugins available myself, I can say with confidence that this one is my favorite, by far. It is simple to configure and use, and provides all of the features required to get the job done. I believe that having a support tickets plugin like ShadowReports should be an essential feature on all Minecraft servers so no player issue goes unnoticed. Great job!

Great plugin! It's easy to use and understand for both server staff and players. It looks good, covers a lot of handy features and makes handling issues on our server a whole lot easier!
