Hey! The plugin is really good, but I have a problem with my sound. When I type /st editpoint tutorial 1 sound set entity.player.levelup 1 3, it shows me: Unknown enum type for SOUND. Did you mean this? - Shows me a blank line

Love it, color codes dont work in the config though. And how do we play a sound?

Rlly good im my personal experience, I do have problem when using color codes such as &a &b &2 in title and sub titles. it would display such as &aHello. other than that I would recommend it!

I use this plugin as a welcome showcase and small tutorial for my server and it works perfect. Yes i need some time to make it look and feel like i wanted, but in the end i had an success. Players stay longer and are more willing to play and spent time on it.
Rly great plugin and also my questions I had have been answered on the discord by the developer very very fast.
There is no other plugin with such these functions and i would appreciate to see future improvements about it!

With all the negative reviews, I just wanted to say: Thanks for making this plugin. I just updated to 1.18 and everything still works great.
Not only is it super easy to add points but also to edit them and adjust stuff afterwards. simplest way for anyone to add tutorials to a server by far. thanks!

Excellent plugin! The only suggestion I have is to add the option to start a tutorial when using an item / reading a book. That way you can have a "Guide book" that the player starts with! Keep up the great work!

Seems like this plugin is facing massive issues
just gave it a 5 star review the other day now I must take it down.

Apparently there is already another report or bad reviews down the review section named "KaiSan" that made the same report regarding players unable to move after the tutorial is done. This caused a HUGE problem to my server everyone was unable to move. I removed the plugin but it did nothing! I killed them, removed potion effects or such, almost everything.

Take note I already have the last point set to:

Time set to 0
Fly set to false
Lockplayer set to false
Lockview set to false

I have to purge every playerdata/uuid in my server and it had affected 200 players in one swoop. Damn it was no fun purging them.

I do hope you fix this in the future but after experiencing this I am never gonna use this plugin again. Thanks and I hope you don't feel offended.

It was good at first, then everything deleted itself after I restarted the server one time. I like everything it does, it just bugs out when you add npc heights. I'm not tryna make the tutorial every time the server restarts.

nice plugin, but it doesnt work for me, when i click the npc, after a few seconds it says "You are sending too many packets" :(

The plugin works quite well for earlier versions but not latest. 1.16.5 support is definitely needed as the plugin fails to work on start and requires /st reload to function.

Not compatible with Denizen as well.

But I think if the developer focuses on adding 1.16.5 support this plugin would be great.

I like the plugin but there is no tutorial or wiki for people who only want to use config files. All the in game stuff very tedious unless you want to trial and error the config. There is no command to change the point type.

just buggy af like for real nothing working correctly and everything on the server is now messed up

I love it , but it would be nice if u could add something like a replay. So u can start a Replay as a point, or u could add if some one pass a point that it execute a command.

It's a good plugin but I am infuriated because I forgot to save the tutorial, hours of work totally gone. WHY IS THAT EVEN A THING??? NO AUTO SAVE????? I've never heard of such a stupid concept for a saving mechanism. Don't forget to save! Is this the 1990s back when you had to pray that your PlayStation didn't shut off in the middle of your game and all your saves would be gone?????????

Very good the plugin but I would like to know how to make them enter the tutorial when they first enter the server, as soon as they enter they appear in the tutorial

Ok plugin. Not sure of any other plugins like it, but this one has lots of limitations (or possibly just poor documentation). You can only click oak signs (not on wall), and timed events force you to warp to a location. The time argument that is supposed to be how long until the next point (in seconds) doesn't appear to work as messages for the next point always happen imediately. There doesn't appear to be any way to post messages after a point, so you have to duplicate points if you want text saying to go do something, they make it to the checkpoint and then you want to display a "congrats" message.

Also, there is no point that forces a user to input a given command, and since many of the plugins on my server which are interacted with exclusively through commands, this plugin basically can't show them off.

Overall, ok, but dificult to make useful tutorials due to limitations of the plugin.

EDIT: Lost power and I forgot to save and the plugin doesn't automatically save critical information (like NPC data). This caused a NPC to be added to the world that wasn't saved so the commands will no longer remove it. I killed the NPC, but the text is still floating there. Obviously the plugin creator is aware people have this problem, but has not provideded a way to correct common mistakes like this.

Thank you so much for this awesome and heartwarming plugin! My players really needed this, as when they first join the server they do not know what to do.

A very nice Server Tutorial Plugin.

In the beginning the whole permission and command stuff was a little bit overwhelming but once you get into it is a lot of fun to set up tutorials or other things you have in your mind.

I am also using this to give a showcase of different players and awesome structures on our server.

I encountered two little bugs but i am not sure if this is server/version dependet.

Overall i highly recommend this awesome plugin!

Exactly the same issue as user LolitsWills.
I've removed a tutorial along with the NPC, yet this text stays and even without the plugin that text is still there. Can't get it removed from my spawn now.

One of the worst plugins I've ever used, there are tons of bugs, for example, NPC is misspelled and the holograms above NPC's heads don't even delete when the NPC is removed and NPCs don't even spawn! Then you can't even set the block for the tutorial this is horrible don't use.

This seems like a fairly good plugin, however, (Not sure if it's conflicting with another, or something of the sort) the plugin will not work on my server. The commands are "there", but will not run anything when inputted. Nor is it creating any errors/warnings within the console log.

Any input of a fix for this would be great, and if applicable to get a working fix, high star rating would be applicable.

Brilliant plugin, and really easy to use. The only problem is when I create an NPC for a tutorial, then delete the tutorial, I can't remove the NPC - so it's just stood there with no way to get rid of it.

Is there a way to set it so that you can play a record from ingame through the entire tutorial because right now I did /st edit tutorial set sound RECORD_CHIRP 3 1 for every point and it makes my ears bleed due the repeating of the song. To start, a complete plugin that makes users learn things interactively, without looking at external pages of the server (forum / web) and enjoy this learning. The developer is very friendly and helpful. I had enough problems with some updates back (which solved them quickly and effectively). Now the plugin suits me perfectly, and I use it daily on my server. I recommend it 100%.

Please add a way to set the Players in gm3, and if he leaves during the Tutorial at the Join his gamemode is set to Survival (And maybe the Chat color for Message)

Very cool plugin! :D I was searching one, and is here! :D and its free! (Im saying this because there is a similar plugin that is premium, and that has a lot of bugs and no much support)

I have a suggestion:
At the final of the tutorial, are fireworks, like to know, you completed the tutorial or something like that, or too a message in the chat for know who completed the tutorial or something like that, and that if you dont want to see, you can disable that messages with a GUI.
And too, a GUI for modify all the tutorial, like be in an specific gamemode, or you can fly, or you cannot break something...

But keep the very good work :D

A really easy plugin to use.
It makes, what it should. But one of the biggest problems is, that you cant really safe the tutorial, without reloading the whole server.
Also edit the text could be easier...
