retainPercentage : the percentage of the bounty you retain upon dying (for example, 80, if i die with a bouty of 200 i'll retain 80% of 200 which is 160)
dropUnpaid : whether the killed player's bounty should drop by how much funds they couldn't provide
autoIncrement : whether the bounty should increase when killing another player
percantage : how much bounty do you steal off of the killed player in percents
flat : how much your bounty should increase in addition to the percentage by a flat amount
