1. Fixed an issue with teleports.
2. Added automatic file reloading. Now, if you modify or save changes in files, they are automatically reloaded without the need to manually run the reload command. All files affected are in the folders Lang, Settings, Settings\SettingsTroll. The file that will not be reloaded is GlobalFile.yml. If you don't need this, it can be disabled in the file GlobalFile.yml - Files-Auto-Reload-Enabled
3. Added keys BossBar-Player-Quit-Initiator, Player-Message-Not-Join-Initiator, Checking-ArmorStand-ActionBar-Messages to localization files.
4. Added keys Check-Player-Stop-Initiator-Not-Time-Online, Check-Player-Stop-Initiator-Not-Time-Online-Enabled, Commands-Hits-ArmorStand-TargetPlayer, Hits-ArmorStand-TargetPlayer to the file CmdArgStart.yml
5. Removed the setting Give-Fly-On-Check-Start from the file SetBlockBelowPlayer.yml
