EnderDragon (Now you can ride and control the Ender Dragon. If for some reason you can't ride it, try right-clicking on its tail as it has several hitboxes and Minecraft sometimes doesn't detect it properly.)
If you don't want players to receive the message that they don't have permission to ride an entity, just leave an empty string in the config.
Now you can enable the mechanics of riding and controlling entities by world. To add or remove a world, you can do it from the config.
The /rm reload command has been added to reload the config.
Added ZombieHorse and SkeletonHorse to the list of rideable mobs.
Added a config option to enable or disable each rideable mob individually.
Changed the permissions for riding entities to rideablemobs.ride.<EntityType> (e.g. rideablemobs.ride.pig) and for players to rideablemobs.ride.player.
