Here is whats new the the 2.0 update:
New:

Here is where it is located in the config:

Confirm_Before_Set: "true"
This is where if you want a message to pop up of a player runs the command once. Set to true to confirm before it downloads, Or set to false to simply download the pack after the player runs the command once.

This version has added a failed to load message and fixed the exeption that gets thrown in consol if the pack does fail to load!

Plugin now capable for 1.8.3 Bukkit/Spigot
