Back once again:

--Additions + Fixed--
+ Plugin was fully recoded.
+ 1.9.2 Support!
+ Added bypass join permission
+ Allowed the custom command to be Case-Sensitive
+ Added commands to every event. (Accpetd pack, failed download pack... ect)
+ Added variables in the commands such as, %PLAYER% and %UUID%
+ REMOVE PER-WORLD PACKS TEMPORARILY FOR 1.9 RECODE (I will be back next update(5.1))
