-report.use: Enables the use of the report command
-report.bypasscooldown: Grants immunity to the cooldown
-report.mcreport: Warns about submitting a minecraft report
- report.protection: Grant immunity to be reported
-report.tp: Allow to teleport to the reported player (essentials.tp)
