Version 1.4.0
After being in development for a (long) while, here is finally version 1.4.0, which fixes multiple issues. The biggest change is the use of the original GriefPrevention plugin, as it now supports addons without requiring custom modification. Second biggest change is that from now on, all messages are customizable in a separated config file.

If you are willing to translate the plugin, please open a new issue or react within the discussion with the translated messages file, and I will incorporate it into the wiki.

After a long wait, here is finally the updated version of RealEstate. No new features on RealEstate side, but the latest version of GriefPrevention has been taken into account.

Don't forget to use the modified GriefPrevention jar file to enable RealEstate.

I finally had time to update both the modified GP jar and the RealEstate one to be 1.16 ready.

Fixed a bug preventing the config from being written

This release brings GP back to it's latest version with a new modified Grief Prevention jar file.
Hopefully, by next release RealEstate will be able to work directly with the original Grief Prevention plugin, without need for a modified jar.

I know this is a long overdue update, but here it is!

This one brings bug fixes, as well as the support for minecraft 1.15.

As GriefPrevention latest version no longer supports spigot 1.15, the modified jar for 1.13-1.14 couldn't be updated...

Which jar should you use for your server?
You'll need the latest RealEstate.jar file, as well as a modified GriefPrevention.jar file which is version dependant:

Renting and leasing claims now come with permission trust and not only build trust, so players can get together to rent claims.

This version also fixes the renting/leasing of admin claims.

Here is finally a first real version for Real Estate! Considering no bugs have been reported, I decided to make it a real version.

I also implemented some new features, so now any admin claim that you wish to sell/rent/lease will be considered a server transaction, and the money will go to the server. Another feature is the /re list command, which allows the user to list every transactions in the server, separated by pages.

Just a few bug fix linked to player names length on signs and config file not properly created.

Switched the config system to use AnnotationConfig, which allowed me to add comments to describe the different fields

In previous versions, it was possible for a claim owner to modify a claim that was currently rented. This is no longer an option.

To achieve this, I had to modify the GriefPrevention plugin. Unitl those modifications are merged into the actual GriefPrevention plugin (if ever), it is required to use the provided GriefPrevention.jar file instead of the default GriefPrevention.

RealEstate is now officially tested for spigot 1.14.

• Added possibility to display the prices on the signs with a currency symbol instead of the full currency name.
