Real Estate is a plugin for GriefPrevention, that allows players to sell, rent or lease their claims.
It has been inspired by GPRealEstate, available here: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/gp-realestate.11422/ and more recently here: https://github.com/RoboMWM/GPRealEstate/releases

This plugin introduces new features, that weren't available in the original GPRealEstate, such as renting and leasing claims. All those feature are (or will be soon) detailed in the GitHub wiki: https://github.com/EtienneDx/RealEstate/wiki.

To resume said features, let's just say you can sell a claim to another player for a price, by placing a sign, you can rent a claim (with regular payments, and a dealine etc...), and after a certain period, this claim will go back to his original owner, and finally, you can lease a claim, which is the same as renting, except that after the "rent period" is finished, the claim will belong to this player.

Installation instructions
This plugins depends on Vault and GriefPrevention, but also requires an Economy plugin, to make the transactions.
To install it, simply download the latest version from the github releases section, and copy it inside of your plugins folder. All config files will get created on the first server run, and can be edited later on. Config files include comments explaining what each field is (comments start with # in YAML files)

From version 1.4.0, the modified jar is no longer required
Thanks to the latest updates of GriefPrevention, RealEstate is now natively compatible without any modification required.

This is no longer a development build
