1.3 Update
✅ Changelog:
  1. Time intervals between tickrate changes now work correctly and count real seconds, not 20 ticks.
  2. Now, time intervals between tickrate changes can be changed by using the "/randomtickspeed interval" command or in the configuration file.
  3. Now the subtitle color can be changed in the "messages.yml" file
  4. Now the bossbar color can be changed in the "messages.yml" file
