✅ Changelog:
- Time intervals between tickrate changes now work correctly and count real seconds, not 20 ticks.
- Now, time intervals between tickrate changes can be changed by using the "/randomtickspeed interval" command or in the configuration file.
- Now the subtitle color can be changed in the "messages.yml" file
- Now the bossbar color can be changed in the "messages.yml" file
