- Added setting for "PlateAction.DefaultPlateMaterial" & "PlateAction.BlockMaterial"
- Fixed detecting Action plates in CAVE_AIR etc
- Bumped all dependencies and project to Java11
- PlaceholderAPI support to insert placeholders in command and message
- Added option to attempt message title "PlateAction.DisplayMessageAsTitle"
- Changed commands to run as Player when prefixed with "player:" instead of using the flag.
- This means one PlateAction can run console and player commands.
