PlateCommands v1.1
- PlaceholderAPI support to insert placeholders in command and message
- Added option to attempt message title "PlateAction.DisplayMessageAsTitle"
- Changed commands to run as Player when prefixed with "player:" instead of using the flag.
- This means one PlateAction can run console and player commands.
