Update v1.3:
1. Added CooldownEndMessage. Use it to send a message to a player upon the end of the cooldown.
2. MissingPermissionsMessage has been added as well. It represents a message being sent to players who are missing required permissions to run a command.
3. CancellingPearlDamage system has been entirely rewritten. From now on, you can enable pearl damage by setting DamageIgnorance to 0, or you can enable it by setting DamageIgnorance to any value higher than 0.

- The damage ignorance interval setting has been added as well. With it, you can decide for how many seconds the damage will be ignored upon teleporting with a pearl.
