With this plugin you can:
1. Set up a pearl cooldown
2. Send a message to a player upon being under a cooldown
3. Send an action bar message to a player upon being under a cooldown
4. Disable endermites from being spawned
5. Disable pearl damage

You can configure the cooldown, chat messages and Action bar messages in the config.yml file.

Commands:
- /configurations - Get a list of all current configurations
Permissions:
- PearlCooldown.Op - Gives access to the /configurations command
- PearlCooldown.Bypass - Gives cooldown bypass
