The Magic Behind the Isles

ParadiseLand cleverly addresses and eases performance concerns using an asynchronous engine generator. To ensure everything flows smoothly, it teams up with a local database to store and protect chunks scheduled for asynchronous creation.   - The version called 3.1-SNAPSHOT-4 supports servers from 1.13 to 1.15.2 but, it is unstable and maybe crashes. This is one of the reasons why I've to decide to develop a reworked version.
  - The version called 3.0 released on Feb 25, 2018, supports servers from 1.8 to 1.12.2 and it is stable. Its real name was 2.1-SNAPSHOT 5 but for a spigot website issue, I can't rename it.

The latest version comes with 18 biomes by default!

In addition to these biomes already present in the plugin, you can create new ones – as many as you want!

Ornaments and decorations
The world is scattered with many things, including terrain decorations, ores, plantains, flowers, snow, caves and ground holes, rivers, lakes, trails, illuminated islands, Smooth transition between biomes (biome blending), creatures spawning and beehives, and so on!

You must know that

I suggest you use Spigot, Paper or PurPur. At the moment, YatopiaMC (fortunately discontinued) and others run this plugin as well as Paper, but I won't give support on it due to its optimisations..
After each update, I suggest you to backup and delete your old /plugins/ParadiseLand directory!
After an update, it is recommended that you back up your worlds before updating the plugin.
It's not possible to port a world from an older version of Minecraft (1.8 to 1.12.2) to a flat Minecraft (1.13+).
Updating a world from 1.13 to 1.15.2 may cause problems and is not recommended.
Updating a world from 1.17 to 1.18 to 1.19 to 1.20 is theoretically possible without causing problems.
Please don't report the PaperSpigot timeout exception! take a look at the Known issues section, you will find the fix.

Hardware & software requirements

CPU

The required CPU should not be a toaster.

ParadiseLand generates the world using multiple cores/threads, and a CPU with at least 4 cores and 4 threads at a frequency of at least 3 GHz is necessary for a satisfactory experience. Of course, processors with many more cores and a higher frequency will provide better performance.

GPU

RAM

A Spigot server with at least 4 GB of RAM is recommended. I do not guarantee optimal performance with lower amounts of memory.

~5GB or more	During a heavy chunks generation with a generation plugin such as Chunky or WorldBorder

Software requirements

ParadiseLand runs on any operating system that has at least Java 8 installed.
