● Changed {nobuild::%player%} to {nobuild::%arg-1%} in most commands.

Bug fixing update!

● Fixed "/nobuild" not working.
● Made so people with permission "nobuild.bypass" bypasses /nobuildall. (But not /nobuild.)

Update 1.1

I just realized that people that were punished with /nobuild do not get messaged when they get punished.

● People that get /nobuild now get messaged.
● Changed "Permission: op" to "Permission: nobuild.no" and "Permission: nobuild.yes".
● People get messaged when they try to break a block with /nobuild.

That's all, sorry for posting without realizing that.
I'm new to this stuff so don't get mad please.
