I am not a professional at skript.
I am just a beginner but this can still be helpful.


Commands:
● /nobuild [player] [number] [time]:
Make a player not build for how much time you want.

● /yesbuild [player]:
Make a player build again.

● /nobuildinfo:
Info about NoBuild.

Permissions:
● | " nobuild.no" | Gives player permission for "/nobuild".

● | " nobuild.yes" | Gives player permission for "/yesbuild".

● | " nobuild.info" | Gives player permission for "/nobuildinfo".

● | " nobuild.noall" | Gives player permission for "/nobuildall"

● | " nobuild.yesall" | Gives player permission for "/yesbuildall"

● | " nobuild.bypass " | Gives player permission to build while /nobuildall. (Not /nobuild though.)

Example:
/nobuild CafeKitten 5 minutes (Can't build for 5 minutes.)
/nobuildall (No one can build until "/yesbuildall")
