NetworkInterceptor 3.4.3 was certified for Paper and Spigot 1.20.6 and 1.21. Changes:

It is probably compatible with previous Paper and Spigot versions, but was tested only on 1.20.6 and 1.21

NetworkInterceptor 3.4.1 was certified for Paper and Spigot 1.20.4, BungeeCord 1.20 and Waterfall 1.20. Changes:

Dependencies were updated, which does not affect functionality. Some comments were changed, for clarity and consistency going forward. Finally, a few cloud proxy IP addresses were added to the allow sample.
