NetworkInterceptor 3.1.4 corrects an
issue that default configuration files were not saved on initial installation. In addition, two IP addresses were added to the sample-allow-config.yml, to better support maven repository downloads.
Note: The same download works on Spigot, Paper, BungeeCord, Waterfall, and Velocity.
No configuration changes.
