To use Neon, you will need 4 plugins.
Skript, skript-yaml, SkBee and WorldGuard.

You haven't set up your config properly.

The world in your config doesn't match with the world you are having an issue in.

The arena region isn't set up properly / not created.

You haven't installed the dependencies.

Make sure that you have skript-yaml, Skript, WorldGuard and SkBee.
