•Migrated from the SpigotAPI to the PaperAPI and replaced all spigot packages with their bukkit equivalents for maximum compatibility
•Changed the blue text to a more modern style as requested by a multiple users
•forced a global minecart speed limit of 4 (forgot to cap global in the last update)
•it is now possible to use decimal numbers for a more specific speed
•Fully compatible with Bukkit, Spigot, Paper and all it's forks

This is just a quick update to fix a mistake i made in spelling.

Added support for 1.17, updated mapping and fixed "[msp] fly".
Only tested on Spigot as other forks are not available yet.
Backwards compatibility untested, but should work fine,
please note there is currently cap at speed 4 when dynamically changing speed due to some strange minecart behavior that could occur when moving faster in versions grater than 1.13, if you need faster speed and have an older server version you can simply use an older version of this resource.

This update adds better compatibility to both Spigot and Paper 1.16.x

As before to keep compatibility with older versions, I've chosen to compile against 1.13.2. This makes this plugin compatible with the following:
Paper/Spigot [ 1.13.2 | 1.14.2 | 1.15.2 | 1.15.2]

As a lot of you will have noticed the 1.15 release will work without this update, however if you are running a low power server e.g. a free hosting provider its highly recommended that you update to this1.16.x release for a smoother experience.
The issue with CraftBukkit not honoring the requested speed has been fixed. (Thank's everyone who told us)
As before please keep in mind that because MSP is compiled against 1.13 and only oak Wood Signs existed then you must use oak wood signs else there's a high possibility the signs will have no effect on the speed of your minecarts.
If you have already placed the signs on and older spigot/paper version and are having an issue you should find updating to this jar will fix them and in some cases improve performance.

Please note I have a huge workload :c and so I will likely not have much time to work on this but if any issues are found please let me know via message or in the discussion tab and I'll get to it as soon as I can!

This is a quick update to fix Minecarts spamming VehicleMoveEvent errors all over the console in 1.14.4 that was proventing the signs from changing the minecart movement speed.
