This update adds compatibility to both Spigot and Paper 1.15.2
To keep compatibility with older versions, I've chosen to compile against 1.13.2. This makes this plugin compatible with the following:
Paper/Spigot [1.13.2|1.14.2 |1.15.2]
in 1.15.2 you can now change the speed of minecarts via sign, Please keep in mind that because MSP is compiled against 1.13 and only oak Wood Signs existed then you must use oak wood signs else there's a high possibility the signs will have no effect on the speed of your minecarts.
If you have already placed the signs on and older spigot/paper version you should find updating to this jar will fix them.
