Allow your members to decide when they want to be able to fight othersIMPORTANT: This version contains major breaking changes including a rewrite to the data structure and config file.
Changes:
- Renamed plugin from "PVPToggle" to "PvPToggle"
- This means that using the bukkit update folder to update the plugin will not work on this occasion
- Added /pvp block <player> command to allow blocking players from pvping with you
- Added WorldGuard region flag to disable PvPToggle in certain regions
- Completely rewrote code base to slight improve performance and code readability

- Changed worlds in "worlds" section to be uncommon world names to help avoid confusion

- Fixed errors when players don't correctly load into the server
- Empty strings in the messages section no longer send messages
- Particles are now disabled by default

- Fixed plugin not properly working on Spigot
By updating one of my utility projects I have been able to decrease the file size of the plugin by about 91%
