IMPORTANT: This version contains major breaking changes including a rewrite to the data structure and config file.

Changes:
- Renamed plugin from "PVPToggle" to "PvPToggle"
- This means that using the bukkit update folder to update the plugin will not work on this occasion
- Added /pvp block <player> command to allow blocking players from pvping with you
- Added WorldGuard region flag to disable PvPToggle in certain regions
- Completely rewrote code base to slight improve performance and code readability
- Rewrote config file
- The main changes have been made to the messages section but it is recommended to create a fresh config.yml nonetheless
- Added support for blocking TNT explosion damage and trident lightning damage
- Added a basic API to check a user's PvP status
- Added /pvp update command to easily update the plugin to the latest version
