It's great, works as intended. You need some knowledge of the lottery but there is a great explonation. I have a bug where when you restart the bossbar from the drawing is still here (when a lottery is running) when you run a lottery it works as intended!

Its a good plugin but I think some things could be better with this plugin.
I give an example make the draw time hard coded to the plugin so we can change the time in the config.

The draw time is already fully configurable in the config.
I'm not sure what you meant by having it hardcoded but configurable at the same time tho.
