- Hex Color support added.
- New time format introduced: now supports seconds (s), minutes (m), and hours (h) instead of just seconds.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed the issue where players under protection could not pick up items.
- Protected players now receive a warning message when attempting to pick up items.
- Added cooldown settings for warning messages:
- warning-messages-cooldown.damage: Cooldown for damage warning messages (default: 5 seconds).
- warning-messages-cooldown.itempickup: Cooldown for item pickup warning messages (default: 10 seconds).
- Minor bug fixes and code optimizations.
Updates Note:
- Fixed issue where protected players could hit unprotected players.
- Update Checker feature has been added.
- Data is now saved using a yml file, ensuring that the protection time won't be lost when the server shuts down or the player disconnects while having active protection time.
- The issue where players with protection could receive or deal damage has been fixed.
- Fixed the issue where protected players could still be hit.
- Fixed the problem where protection was not reapplied after being turned off, and the player rejoined the server.
