Changes:
- New Command: /lightnewbie info <player> - Check remaining protection time for a player.
- Fixed Command: /lightnewbie disable <player> - Disable protection for a specific player.
- Help Command Update: Added details for all commands including info and disable.
- Protection System Fixes:
- Protected players cannot damage other players.
- Other players cannot damage protected players.
